Dorrie is an out-of-network provider.

She provides assistance in obtaining reimbursement via your insurance company’s out-of-network benefits by providing you with a detailed invoice for all services rendered. The client or responsible person is ultimately accountable for all fees due to for services rendered.

It is recommended you reach out to your insurance company to learn about reimbursement and possible deductibles before scheduling an appointment.

Dorrie charges the full session fee for sessions that have not been cancelled within the 48-hour window before the scheduled day and time of appointment, barring illness or injury.

On-time payment is expected for services at the time of the visit.

Venmo, Zelle, and Personal Check are acceptable forms of payment. In addition to weekly appointments, the same hourly session rate applies to ad hoc professional services.
